Rise For Rew began as a heartfelt tribute to our son, Andrew Henley Sullivan—our beloved “Rew Rew”—who we lost to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) at just 5 weeks old. Andrew entered the world as the morning light filled the room, and on the day we came home without him, an extraordinary sunrise lit up the sky. From that day on, we have never missed a sunrise.

We invite anyone around the world to #RiseForRew and join us in honoring Andrew by rising each morning to watch the sunrise and share it with us. Every day, we post these sunrise moments on the @RiseForRew Instagram, celebrating the beauty that Andrew continues to create around the globe. This growing community of supporters reflects the joy and light he brought into our lives and is a testament to the impact he continues to have.

In memory of Andrew, we established the Rise For Rew Foundation, which supports SIDS research and organizations offering support for families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child. Through the Foundation, we are committed to helping prevent SIDS and supporting other families on their journey of remembrance and healing.
